What Does the Tour Look Like?

Your adventure begins as your guide for the tour picks you up in St. George, Utah, for a short drive to your evening’s accommodations in Springdale, Utah. From there, you’ll begin your tour of four of Utah’s Mighty 5 National Parks, as well as a number of other natural landmarks and two state parks.

With five full days to enjoy, this trip packs a lot into a short amount of time, while still ensuring plenty of down-time to help you unwind. Besides plenty of sightseeing, your days will be filled with a mix of activities designed to help you relax while also challenging both your mind and body. 

You’ll begin your days with group yoga sessions and/or meditation. Then, you’ll set out on hikes catered to your group’s experience and comfort levels. Get your blood pumping as you trek along Zion National Park’s sandstone cliffs or peer up at the famous Hoodoos in the Valley of the Goblins. Stop into visitor centers to learn a bit about the history and geography of each park. Check out pictographs and petroglyphs on your way to capture your own stunning photographs of the iconic Delicate Arch of Arches National Park.

After a day of hiking, sightseeing, and yoga, you’ll enjoy tasty meals at some of the region’s finest restaurants. as well as one group-prepared meal following a nutrition workshop and cooking demonstration. In the evenings, you’ll relax in your luxurious accommodations as you get ready for another day of excitement. We’ll even enjoy some sunset restorative yoga and meditation.

Where Will We Go?

During the tour, we travel to four of the country’s most famous national parks, including Zion, Bryce Canyon, Capitol Reef, and Arches. We’ll also stop at other iconic landmarks, overlooks, and cities, like Goblin Valley, Dead Horse Point, Torrey, and Moab.
