We invite you to relax, renew, and reconnect with your true nature by discovering the beauty of Utah and its National Parks. We offer a transcendent and authentic luxury experience amid an otherworldly landscape that inspires adventure, discovery, and well-being. Tour guests will enjoy daily yoga/meditation, guided hikes, 3 nutritious meals a day, luxury accommodations, nutrition workshop with cooking demonstrations, and loads of sightseeing around Utah’s red rock country. Your journey will begin in St. George, Utah with your host picking you up and moving northwest to complete the retreat in Moab, Utah. *This tour needs to meet a minimum # of reservations to run. You will be contacted at least 30 days in advance if we do not meet that minimum.

Your host will meet you at the St. George Municipal Airport (or other predetermined location) and transfer you to the Cliffrose Lodge & Gardens in beautiful Springdale, Utah.

A welcome reception will be held where you will start to make connections with other guests and discuss intentions for the week. Then enjoy fine dining at Spotted Dog Café.

Day 1: Zion National Park • Yoga • Meditation • Springdale

Begin your day with group yoga, meditation, and breakfast. Then explore Zion National Park with its towering cliffs of sheer sandstone walls up to 2,000 feet high, hanging gardens, and slot canyons. There will be a group guided hike, the park offers hiking trails for every level. After touring the park and a picnic lunch, you’ll return to Springdale for downtime prior to group dinner. Complete your day with a gentle yin yoga practice. Stay at Cliffrose Lodge & Gardens.

Day 2: Zion Tunnel • Bryce Canyon • Scenic Byway 12 • Torrey

Today starts with a morning riverside walk & mediation. We will travel through East Zion and the 1.1-mile-long Zion Tunnel in route to Bryce Canyon National Park. Discover a maze of spires, windows, and pinnacles. Enjoy lunch and a quick hike before continuing on along Scenic Byway 12, one of the most scenic highways in America. We will stop for dinner at Hell’s Backbone Grill on top of Boulder Mountain. Lodging this evening will be at beautiful Cougar Ridge Lodge.

After check-in and touring the property relax fireside for meditation, conversation, and presentation on the Dark Skies.

Day 3: Capitol Reef • Hiking • Cooking Workshop • Yoga • Meditation • Torrey

Begin your day with yoga flow practice followed by group prepared breakfast under the instruction of holistic nutrition specialist, Ali Bagley. Explore Capitol Reef National Park, just minutes away with a guided hike, lunch, and stops at the visitor center, orchards, and petroglyphs. Return to Cougar Ridge Lodge to enjoy free time in nature or a soak in the jacuzzi. Reconvene late afternoon for a nutrition workshop with Ali. This will lead into a group prepared dinner. After dinner, enjoy a sunset restorative yoga practice and meditation.

Day 4: Capitol Reef • Goblin Valley • Dead Horse Point • Moab

Begin the day with morning meditation. Transfer to Moab, Utah with stops in Capitol Reef National Park for a guided group hike and Goblin Valley State Park to wander the Hoodoos in the Valley of the Goblins. Enjoy lunch in Goblin Valley prior to driving to Dead Horse Point State Park. With its 2,000 ft. cliffs above the Colorado River, Dead Horse Point State Park provides a breathtaking panorama of Canyonlands’ sculpted pinnacles and buttes. Enjoy fine dining at a nearby restaurant. Stay at the lovely HooDoo Hotel.

Day 5: Arches National Park • Yoga • Meditation • Moab

Venture out for a morning yoga practice at a local studio or among the red rocks. Spend most of the day in the famous Arches National Park, home of the iconic Delicate Arch. Enjoy guided hikes to Delicate Arch viewing pictographs and petroglyph panels along the way. Enjoy lunch, meditation, and journal time. Return to HooDoo Hotel for post-hike yin yoga, free time, and our final group dinner at Josie Wyatt’s Grill.

Your departure day begins with breakfast and final group meditation focused on gratitude and the beautiful landscapes we have explored. Checkout of the hotel by 11 am to be transferred to the Canyonlands Moab Airport. Transportation information to Salt Lake City, Las Vegas, or Grand Junction airports will be provided and coordinated.
