Wonders of the West

Wonders of the West

Take the trip of a lifetime through America’s untouched wild west—red rock, towering peaks, and pristine waterways abound.

There’s no better place to find breathtaking scenery than in the western United States. This region is home to some of the most incredible natural wonders in the country, and you can see it all with Utah Luxury Tours.

Zion National Park

Zion National Park is just one of the wonders of the west. It is known for its towering red cliffs and rushing rivers. It’s a popular destination for hikers and nature lovers alike. We’ll take you on a hike through one of Zion’s many canyons and show you the park’s unique beauty up close.

Grand Canyon

We all know this one. But if you haven’t seen the Grand Canyon in person yet, it’s an essential bucket list item. Come experience one of America’s most iconic wonders of the west on a tour you’ll never forget.

This amazing canyon is larger in size than the state of Rhode Island. It is a whopping 277 miles long and 18 miles wide. We’ll take you to the North Rim, which is less crowded, so you can get a sense of just how incredible this natural work of art really is.

Lake Powell & Antelope Canyon

This massive man-made lake is one of the most popular destinations in the west. And for good reason—the views here are absolutely incredible. We’ll take you on a boat tour of Powell’s canyons and show you some of the best viewpoints.

And no trip to the area would be complete without a visit to Antelope Canyon. This slot canyon is one of the most photographed places in the world, and you’ll see why when you see it in person.

Monument Valley

Monument Valley may remind you of some of your favorite western movies. That is because hundreds of movies have been shot here. This world-famous valley is home to some of the most iconic western scenery. You can take a jeep tour of the valley and see places like Valley Drive.

Valley Drive passes many features including the Mitten Buttes and Three Sisters. And trust us—you won’t believe your eyes when you see these towering sandstone formations.

Canyonlands National Park

Canyonlands is a hiker’s paradise. With over 500 miles of trails, there’s something here for everyone. You can look forward to a hike through one of the park’s many canyons and experience the stunning views that truly make this place one of the wonders of the west.

Dead Horse Point State Park

Named for its unique history (we’ll leave you on that cliffhanger), Dead Horse Point State Park is one of the most popular destinations in Utah. The “point” of the park looks down on a 1000-foot drop to the spiraling river below. And don’t miss the chance to shop in downtown Moab—a quintessential western town.

Arches National Park

Arches is known for, you guessed it, its arches. But there’s so much more to see here. This national park is home to over 2,000 natural sandstone arches, as well as incredible views of the surrounding desert landscape.

If you’re up for a heart-stopping adventure, ride the rapids with our expert tour guides. We’ll make sure you have the time of your life.

Goblin Valley State Park

Goblin Valley is home to thousands of rock formations that look like giants keeping watch over the land. It is designated as an International Dark Sky Park. The dark night sky and sparkling stars make this one of the best places to stargaze, and you can explore the valley on a guided hike or ATV tour.

Capitol Reef National Park

Known for its stunning sandstone cliffs that rise up from the canyons below, Canyonlands is lesser-known but equally as beautiful as our other stops. You can explore one of Capitol Reef’s many slot canyons or experience the best views of the park on a guided tour. Another highlight is Capitol Reef’s many hikes like the Mesa Arch Trail.

Bryce Canyon

Bryce Canyon is known for its unique hoodoos—tall, thin spires of rock that stand out against the canyon walls. This is one of the most popular destinations in the west, and you can see why when you experience Bryce’s otherworldly beauty firsthand.

On our tour, we’ll take you to all the best viewpoints and show you some of the park’s hidden gems, like Fairyland Loop.
